Overview
CLJ-E laser dust Particle Counter is used to measure the size and number of dust particles per unit volume of air in a clean environment, and can directly detect clean environments with cleanliness levels from million to 100. The instrument adopts semiconductor laser Illuminant and digital display. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high detection accuracy, simple and clear function operation, computer control, printable sampling results, etc. It is very convenient to test the clean environment.

Principle
CLJ-E dust Particle Counter is designed and manufactured according to the principle of light scattering of particles. Micron-sized dust particles conform to the Me light scattering theory under the action of electromagnetic waves of light, and their light scattering intensity is proportional to the particle size. Therefore, the size of the particles can be determined by detecting the light scattering intensity, and the number of light pulses is the number of corresponding particles.

• Maximum allowable sampling concentration: 35,000 particles/L (dust particle size not greater than 0.5 µm).
• The sampling air shall not contain corrosion gases such as acid and alkali.
• Self-cleaning time: ≤ 20min.
