Principle
Y09-01D Dust Particle Counter works based on the principle of Optical inspection scattering. Its semiconductor laser Illuminant emits laser light, which scatters when dust particles pass through the detection area, and the photosensitive element receives the scattered light and generates a pulse signal. After amplification and digital signal processing, the signal is compared with the standard particle signal, and finally the particle concentration parameters of different particle sizes are output.
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device to ensure that the built-in lithium battery is fully charged.
2. Set the desired sampling period (5 to 9999 seconds) via the color Touchscreen.
3. Start sampling, the device automatically collects air samples and processes the data.
4. View real-time measurement results or query stored historical data on the screen.
5. Optional external thermal printer to print measurement report.
6. Turn off the power after use and store the equipment properly.
Notice
Please check the battery level before use to avoid working for a long time under low power.
Ensure that the sampling environment is free of strong vibration or interference to ensure data accuracy.
- Optical inspection Sensors are cleaned regularly to prevent dust build-up from affecting performance.
When storing data, be careful to avoid overwriting important historical records.
When operating the printer, use the designated thermal paper to prevent damage to the device.
The equipment is lightweight but requires careful handling to avoid drops or collisions.
