Overview
Dust Particle Counter is an instrument for measuring the number of dust particles and Particle size distribution per unit volume in a clean environment. The instrument has the characteristics of high Measurement accuracy, stable performance, strong function, small size, simple and convenient operation, and can be widely used in inspection institutions such as drug laboratories, blood centers, disease control centers, mass supervision institutes, and electronic industries, semiconductor, Optical inspection or precision machining.
Features
1. Adopt touch screen operation, built-in microcomputer control, comprehensive functions.
2. Humidity of the environment can be displayed at the same time and the working status of the laser particle Sensor can be monitored.
3. Built-in thermal printer, supports data printing and storage.
4. Support USB data export and U disk output.
5. Built-in lithium-ion battery, Continuous Operating Time up to 5 hours.
6. Six particle size channels can be detected simultaneously, and the Sampling time can be set arbitrarily.
Principle
Dust Particle Counter works based on the principle of Optical inspection Sensor. After the detection laser is scattered by dust particles, it is received by the photosensitive element and generates a pulse signal. After amplification and digital signal processing, the signal is compared with the standard particle signal, and the result is displayed with different parameters. The instrument controls Measurement parameter setting, result display, timing, printing and Data storage functions through a built-in microcomputer.
Applications
Drug inspection, blood center, CDC, mass supervision, electronics industry, workshop, semiconductor, Optical inspection, precision machining, plastic, spray paint, environmental protection, inspection
Standards
International Common Standard
Steps
