Overview
FKC-ⅲ type planktonic bacteria sampler is a porous inhalation microbial collection equipment of SUJIE brand. It is designed with the theory of constant velocity sampling. The wind speed of the sampling head is consistent with the wind speed in the clean room, which can accurately reflect the microbial concentration in the clean room. The equipment makes the dust-carrying bacteria air evenly hit the surface of the culture dish Agar through the micropores through the high-speed airflow, which significantly improves the collection efficiency of active particles and meets the ISO14698-1 standard.
Features
1. Sampling flow rate is 100L/min to ensure efficient collection.
2. Three-speed sampling mode design, support custom sampling volume (10~ 9999L).
3. The sampling delay can be adjusted from 1 to 60 seconds to adapt to different needs.
4. Adopt manual collection method, easy to operate.
5. Equipped with a 16.8V 8.8Ah lithium battery, it can work continuously for 10 hours.
Machine weight 6kg, using all 316 stainless steel material, durable and easy to clean.
7. The culture dish size is f90 * 15mm, compatible with standard culture dishes.
8. High luminance LCD display for real-time monitoring.
9. Wide working environment, Temperature range 0-50 ℃, Humidity range 10-90%.
10. The calibrating cycle is one year, which is easy to maintain.
Principle
The FKC-ⅲ plankton sampler is designed based on the theory of isokinetic sampling. During sampling, the dust-laden air passes through the micropores at high speed and evenly strikes the Agar surface in the culture dish to capture microbial particles. The system optimizes the impact speed, ensures biological efficiency, and accurately reflects the microbial concentration in the clean room.
Steps
1. Prepare culture dishes and place them in equipment.
2. Set the sampling volume (10~ 9999L) and the sampling delay time (1~ 60 seconds).
3. Select the manual acquisition mode to start sampling.
4. Monitor the sampling process through the LCD display.
5. After the sampling is completed, take out the culture dish for subsequent analysis.
Notice
• Ensure that the equipment is used in an environment with a temperature of 0-50 ° C and a Humidity of 10-90%.
• Periodically calibrated, with a recommended cycle of one year.
• Check the battery level before use to avoid working for a long time under low power.
• Pay attention to the placement of culture dishes during operation to ensure sealing.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning equipment to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface.
