TBJ-X3-DJ3 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized experimental small Coater with a larger Spreader size of 300 * 500mm. The equipment adopts imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure. It solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency and significantly improves film reproducibility. One China and one imported bar are standard.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. The device adopts bar or Blade Coating mode, and cooperates with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate to ensure uniform intermediate coating during the Spreader process, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Choose the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs
3. Set coating speed and Travel parameters via Touchscreen
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. Remove the Spreader sample after completion
