Overview
SYATEK ZZQF130TC Type G Pointer Kilometre Thickness gauge is a precision measurement tool for the measurement of material thickness in the range of 0 to 1 mm. Measurement accuracy and durability are high with ceramic probes.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high, ≤ 0.005mm.
2. Graduation fine, 0.001mm.
3. The probe is made of φ 10mm ceramic material, which is wear-resistant and durable.
4. Measurement pressure is small, ≤ 1.5N, suitable for pressure-sensitive materials.
5. The throat depth is 30mm, which is convenient for measurement of parts with a certain depth.
Principle
The Thickness gauge amplifies the tiny displacement of the probe in contact with the material under test by means of a mechanical lever or a gear drive mechanism, and converts it into a swirl/spin angle of the pointer on the dial, thereby visually reading the thickness value.
Applications
Suitable for thickness measurement of metal sheet, Plastic film, paper, coatings, Spinning & weaving products and other materials.
Standards
Meet the technical requirements for precision thickness measurement tools in related industries.
Steps
1. Clean the probe and the tested surface.
2. Thickness gauge is placed perpendicular to the surface of the material to be tested.
3. Gently apply pressure to bring the probe into full contact with the material under test.
4. After the pointer is stable, read the value pointed by the pointer on the dial, which is the measurement thickness.
5. Thickness gauge zero or properly stored after measurement.
Notice
• Please check whether the Thickness gauge is accurately zeroed before use.
• When measuring, keep the probe perpendicular to the measured surface and ensure stable contact.
• Avoid use in vibration or Impact environments to avoid affecting Measurement accuracy.
• Do not use beyond the range to avoid damage to the internal precision mechanism.
• Please clean the probe and keep it properly after use to avoid collision with hard objects.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
