The instrument works based on the UV-Vis Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by the blazing Holographic grating in the C-T monochromator to form monochromatic light. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is received and converted into an electrical signal by the silicon photodiode Detector. The electrical signal is converted into a digital signal via the High Accuracy AD chip, and the final parameters such as the light transmitance (T%) or Absorbance (A) of the sample are calculated and displayed by the processor.
