The instrument works based on the Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry principle. The composite light emitted by the light source is split by a C-T monochromator composed of blazing Holographic grating to form monochromatic light to illuminate the sample. The sample absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and the transmitted light signal is received by the imported silicon photodiode Detector, which is converted into an electrical signal through the High Accuracy AD chip. Finally, the system analyzes the composition and concentration of the sample by calculating Absorbance or light transmitance.
