4. With strong storage capacity, it can store 2000 pieces of data and 96 pieces of Linear dispersion.
5. Standard USB interface, WIFI module and Bluetooth module, support wireless Bluetooth printing, connect to computer software to manage data, and export data to EXCEL editing through U disk.
6. Support fast scanning (fastest 3000nm/min), automatic wavelength setting and lamp switching, after connecting to the computer software, advanced functions such as wavelength scanning, kinetic measurement, quantitative measurement, nucleic acid measurement, wavelength superposition, and integral derivative can be realized.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of proportional double beam of light Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry. The composite light emitted by the light source is split by the blazing Holographic grating C-T monochromator to form monochromatic light to illuminate the sample. The optical signal transmitted through the sample is received by the imported silicon photodiode Detector, converted into an electrical signal, and then processed by the High Accuracy AD chip, and finally the light transmitance or Absorbance value of the sample is calculated.
Applications
Biochemical analysis, drug analysis, food testing, environment monitoring, teaching and research, quality control
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set measurement parameters (such as wavelength) through the touch screen.
3. Put in the reference solution for zeroing (100% T).
4. Put the sample to be tested for measurement.
5. View, store, or export data via USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth.
6. (Optional) Connect YOKEDATA dedicated Light spectrum analysis software for advanced function operation.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight.
• Before use, make sure that the instrument is fully preheated to achieve a stable state.
• Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned before and after use, and the light-transmitting surface should not be directly touched by hand.
• Colorimetric dish properly placed in the light path during measurement.
• When replacing the light source or performing maintenance, please turn off the power first.
• Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated.
When exporting data, ensure that storage devices (e.g. USB flash drives) are format-compatible.
