YOKE L6 IoT Smart Series UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument operated by a 7-inch color touchscreen. It integrates cloud storage, wireless connectivity and powerful data processing capabilities. It realizes basic measurement functions while extending advanced applications through connected computer software. It is an economical and intelligent spectrophotometer.

Principle
The instrument adopts a proportional double beam of light optical path design. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a C-T monochromator composed of blazing Holographic grating to obtain monochromatic light. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample, the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal by the imported silicon photodiode Detector, and then the analog-to-digital conversion and data processing are carried out through the High Accuracy AD chip. Finally, the measurement results such as Absorbance and light transmitance are displayed on the touch screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding measurement mode (such as basic measurement, quantitative measurement) on the touch screen.
3. Set or call measurement parameters (such as wavelength).
4. Put in the reference solution and perform zero or hundred operations.
5. Put in the sample to be tested, start the measurement and read the data.
6. After the measurement is completed, you can choose to store data, print results or export data through U disk or network.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight.
Please ensure that the instrument is fully preheated before use to achieve a stable working condition.
* Colorimetric dish transparent surface should be kept clean, do not use hands directly contact the transparent surface.
* When measuring high concentration samples, pay attention to whether the Absorbance value is within the linear range of the instrument to avoid measurement errors.
* Be careful when replacing the light source lamp and wait for the lamp room to chill down to avoid burns.
* Wavelength Precision and Photometric Precision are regularly calibrated to ensure Reliability of measurement results.
* When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly to maintain performance.
When connecting external devices (e.g. computers, printers), ensure that the interfaces match and follow the correct connection steps.
