YOKE T2601 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer adopts a new optical path design and the preferred accessories purchased across the world, with superior instrument performance, which can significantly meet the analytical needs of professional users. The instrument can be widely used in organic chemistry, biochemistry, drug analysis, food inspection, environment protection, life science and other fields of scientific research and production.
Features
1. Adopt 7-inch TFT large-screen true color LCD display and Omron touch button, feel comfortable and durable, can intuitively display various scanning Linear dispersion and map.
2. Support U disk storage, data can be directly opened and edited in excel, txt, picture and other formats, and support output * .csv, * .qua, * .tet, * .bmp4 formats.
3. Provide a variety of data output interfaces, including RS-232C serial port (printing), USB drive (online), USB HOST (connected to U disk), and standard 16GB memory.
4. The ARM11 processor is the first in the industry to store 2000 test data or 500 Linear dispersion.
5. Optical inspection system and reinforced thickened aluminum baseplate design are adopted to effectively eliminate vibration or deformation effects; double-decked design completely separates the optical path from the circuit, improving resolution and Stability.
6. The use of photoelectric signal detection devices reduces the signal-to-noise ratio and makes the instrument operate more stably.
7. Optional built-in fully automatic sampling flow system, which greatly facilitates the use of customers.
8. Optional swirl/spin 8-link automatic Colorimetric dish holder to ensure that the optical path is completely centered and improve the performance of the instrument.
Principle
The YOKE T2601 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works based on a proportional dual-beam of light Optical inspection system. The instrument uses a tungsten lamp and a deuterium lamp as the light source. The emitted light is separated by 1200 bars/mm Holographic grating to form a monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. The monochromatic light passes through the sample and the reference light path, and the transmitted light signal is detected by the imported photodiode receiver and converted into an electrical signal. The instrument processes these signals through an advanced ARM11 processor and a photoelectric signal detection device, and finally calculates the parameters such as the transmittance, Absorbance or concentration of the sample, and displays the results and Linear dispersion on a 7-inch color LCD screen.
