Overview
The British Thermax (TMC) 10-grid A/B/C/D Thermometric Paper is a ten-grid thermal test paper with a temperature measurement range of 40-71 ° C/77-127 ° C/132-182 ° C/188-249 ° C. It is automatically pasted vertically and displays both Celsius and Fahrenheit values. The product is imported from the UK and is made of waterproof and oil-proof material, which has irreversible characteristics.
Features
1. Ten grid design, covering multiple temperature points
2. Vertical automatic paste type, easy to use
3. Display both Celsius and Fahrenheit values simultaneously
4. Imported from the UK, quality assurance
5. Waterproof and oil-proof material, suitable for a variety of environments
6. Irreversible discoloration, record the highest temperature
7. 10 pieces per pack, Uniform Encasement Specifications
Principle
Thermometric Paper uses a new concept of temperature measurement. Ten squares are placed on small stickers, each square representing a different temperature value. When the temperature rises to this temperature point, the squares will turn black, and even if the temperature drops, the primary color will not be restored, thus recording the highest temperature that the object has experienced. It is possible to determine whether there is an overtemperature phenomenon without long-term monitoring.
Applications
Home appliance industry, power company, railway company, electronics industry, process industry, medical disinfection, helicopter engine, high voltage switch, aircraft black box, chilled down water radiator, temperature sensitive chemical storage rack, racing car temperature monitoring
Steps
1. Attach Thermometric Paper to the surface of the object to be tested
2. Objects go through the heating process
3. Observe grid discoloration
4. Read the maximum temperature value
Step 5 Record test results
Notice
• Thermometric Paper is irreversible discoloration and will not recover after discoloration
Each pack contains 10 Thermometric Papers
• Please confirm the required temperature measurement range before use
• Make sure the surface is clean and drying when attached
• Thermometric Paper after discoloration can be used as evidence of quality
