Overview
YOKE T-U6S is a newly developed Photomultiplier dual beam of light UV-Visible Spectrophotometer. The instrument adopts a new light path design and a high-performance Hamamatsu Photomultiplier receiver, which can be widely used in organic chemistry, biochemistry, drug analysis, food inspection, environment protection, life science and other fields of scientific research and production.
Features
1. Using a 7-inch 1024 × 768 Omron button large screen, it can directly display various scanning Linear dispersion and patterns, and all measurements can be completed without the help of a computer.
2. Support U disk storage, measurement data can be directly exported to * .csv, * .qua, * .tet, * .bmp and other formats.
3. Provide RS-232C serial port, USB drive (online), USB HOST (connected to U disk) a variety of data output interfaces, and standard 32GB memory.
4. The industry is the first to use an excellent 32-bit Cortex_M3 processor with a main frequency of 120M, and the instrument can store 5000 test data or 500 working Linear dispersion.
5. Optical inspection system design using suspension, equipped with reinforced thickened aluminum baseplate, effectively eliminate the impact of vibration or deformation on the Optical inspection system; double-decked design completely separates the optical path from the circuit part.
6. The use of photoelectric signal detection devices makes the instrument have a lower signal-to-noise ratio and more stable operation.
Principle
The instrument uses a dual beam of light Optical inspection system and CT Proportional Detector. After the light emitted by the light source is split, one beam passes through the sample and the other beam is used as a reference. The light intensity signals of the two beams are received and converted into electrical signals by the high-performance Photomultiplier. Through proportional detection and data processing, information such as transmittance, Absorbance or concentration of the sample is finally obtained.
Applications
Organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, food inspection, environment protection, life sciences
