Principle
Optical inspection system with dual beams of light is adopted. The light emitted by the light source forms monochromatic light through the spectroscopic system, which passes through the sample optical path and the reference optical path respectively. The detector measures the intensity difference between the two beams of light to calculate the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample for qualitative or quantitative analysis. The design of its self-aligning CT optical path and suspension-type Optical inspection system ensures the accuracy and Stability of measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the machine to warm up, and the instrument automatically adjusts the light source and self-checks the system.
2. Measurement mode, wavelength and other parameters are set through the touch screen.
3. Place the reference solution and the sample to be tested in the corresponding position in the sample chamber.
4. Baseline correction or zero operation.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically scans or reads the data at a fixed point.
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be viewed on the screen, or exported and printed directly through the U disk.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench protected from direct sunlight.
After starting the machine, it is necessary to ensure sufficient Warm-Up Time to ensure the stability of the light source.
* When using Colorimetric dishes, keep the transparent surface clean to avoid fingerprints or stains affecting the measurement results.
* When replacing the light source lamp, it needs to be done after the instrument is chilled down, and wear gloves to avoid contaminating the lamp body.
* Regularly calibrate Wavelength Precision and Luminosity Precision to ensure Reliability of measurement data.
When connecting external devices (e.g. USB flash drives, printers), ensure that the interfaces match and operate safely under the instrument prompts.
* When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be regularly powered on for maintenance and keep the environment drying clean.
