Overview
FSP series multi-element flame spectrophotometer (model: FSP6642) adopts a multi-channel management structure of concave Holographic grating to realize multi-element simultaneous measurement. Compared with systems using filters, it has the advantages of accurate wavelength, narrow passband and high Sensitivity. The instrument can choose to use zero-level light to collect flame energy changes as an internal standard, making the measurement data more stable and reliable. It is equipped with a 5.6-inch true color high-resolution wide viewing angle display and touch screen, which enhances the humanization of operation.
Features
1. Holographic grating design;
2. Five elements can be selected in any combination while direct reading measurement, software selection is flexible and convenient;
3. Imported Photocells, photovoltaic cells receive element signals, stable and reliable performance;
4. With an internal standard channel, it is corrected with signals that do not contain measurement elements, and the measurement is synchronized with the elements;
5. The internal standard correction is designed to be optional and can be freely selected according to the situation.
6. Adopting a 5.6-inch color 640 × 480 display screen and matching touch screen, man-machine integration is harmonious;
7. With automatic ignition, including flame monitoring, with flameout protection and alarm to ensure safety;
8. Switching power supply, light weight, small size, low heat generation, small impact of external power supply, energy saving and environmental protection.
Principle
The instrument uses concave Holographic grating for spectroscopy, and realizes multi-element simultaneous measurement through multi-channel management structure. Zero-level light can be selected to collect flame energy changes as internal standard signals, and the measurement element signals can be synchronously corrected to improve data Stability and Reliability.
