Overview
The FSP series multi-element flame spectrophotometer (model FSP6650) adopts a multi-channel management structure of concave Holographic grating to realize multi-element simultaneous measurement. Compared with systems using filters, it has the advantages of accurate wavelength, narrow passband and high Sensitivity. The instrument can choose to use zero-level light to collect flame energy changes as an internal standard, making the measurement data more stable and reliable. It is equipped with a 5.6-inch true color high-resolution wide viewing angle display and touch screen, which enhances the humanization of operation.
Features
1. Concave Holographic grating design.
2. Five elements can be selected in any combination while direct reading measurement, software selection is flexible and convenient.
3. Imported Photocells, photovoltaic cells receive element signals, stable and reliable performance.
4. With an internal standard channel, it is corrected with a signal that does not contain measurement elements, and the measurement is synchronized with the elements.
5. The internal standard correction is designed to be optional and can be freely selected according to the situation.
Adopting a 5.6-inch color 640 × 480 display screen and a matching touch screen, man-machine integration is harmonious.
7. Automatic ignition, including flame monitoring, with flameout protection and alarm to ensure safety.
8. Switching power supply, light weight, small size, low heat generation, small impact of external power supply, energy saving and environmental protection.
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of flame photometry and uses concave Holographic grating for spectroscopy to achieve simultaneous measurement of multiple elements. By atomization of the sample solution and introducing it into the flame, the element to be measured is excited by heat to generate a characteristic Light spectrum, which is received by imported Photocells and photovoltaic cells after spectroscopy through the grating. You can choose to use zero-level light to collect flame energy changes as an internal standard to synchronously correct the measurement signal to improve the Stability and Reliability of the data.
Applications
Chemical industry, environmental protection, food, medicine, agriculture, geology, metallurgy, scientific research, education
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up, check the gas circuit connection.
2. Select the element combination to be measured through the touch screen software.
3. Select whether to enable the internal standard correction function as required.
4. Carry out standard Linear dispersion calibration (using Linear dispersion fitting method).
5. Introduce the sample solution to be tested into the atomization system.
6. Start the automatic ignition program, and the instrument performs flame monitoring.
7. Instrument measurement and display results, data can be output through USB port or connected to the printer.
Notice
• Please ensure that the air source is connected correctly and free of leakage before use.
The working environment temperature of the instrument should be kept at 0~ 35 ℃.
• Do not touch the flame area or exhaust during the ignition and measurement process.
• The instrument has the function of flameout protection. If flameout occurs, it will automatically alarm and cut off the gas. It needs to be re-operated after investigating the cause.
• Regularly maintain Nebulizer, combustion head and other components to ensure instrument performance.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications to avoid external power fluctuations.
• After the measurement is completed, the system should be cleaned and shut down according to the procedure.
