Overview
YOKE GE0505 1/100,000th Electronic Analytical Balance is a High Accuracy weighing instrument with a weighing range of 0-50g and readability of 0.01mg. It features a blue backlit large LCD screen and is equipped with a 4-sided anti-static coated Glass Draft Shield to ensure a clear field of view and effectively Shielding external static interference.
Features
1. Adopt a blue backlit large liquid crystal display (120 x 55mm), with complete display functions.
2, the use of German STL Institute Sensor software technology, so that the instrument performance is more stable.
3, 4-sided anti-static coating Glass Draft Shield, can effectively Shielding external static interference, clear vision.
4. Built-in RS232 standard interface, optional connection to printers, computers and other equipment.
5. Unit conversion: conversion of carats, ounces, and grams to three different weighing units.
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an item is placed on a pan, the Sensor is deformed by pressure, causing the Impedance to change, while the excitation voltage produces a changing signal. After the signal is amplified and A/D converted, it is processed by a microprocessor and driven by a coil to generate an electromagnetic force to equilibrate the gravity of the item. Finally, the mass of the item is accurately calculated and displayed by detecting the magnitude of the electromagnetic force.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, universities, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, jewelry, precious metals testing
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Turn on the power supply and warm up to the specified time.
3, calibrate (this model is external calibrated, need to use standard weight).
4. After the display is stable and returns to zero, place the item to be weighed lightly in the center of the pan.
5. Wait for the value to stabilize and then read and record the weighing results.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the pan and Draft Shield.
Notice
• Please use the Balance on a stable, horizontal, vibration-free countertop.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, strong airflow, severe temperature fluctuations and corrosion gases.
• Pre-heat well before weighing and calibrate to ensure accuracy.
• Weighed items must not exceed the Balanced Capacity (50g).
• Handle items and weights with care to avoid Impact pans.
Balance cleaning, especially in the pan and Sensor area, after use.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
