Overview
YOKE GE 2005-2 is a 1/100,000 electronic Analytical Balance with High Accuracy weighing capability and readability of 0.01mg/0.1mg. It uses advanced Sensor technology and user-friendly design, equipped with a large LCD screen and 4-sided Glass Draft Shield, suitable for laboratory weighing work with extremely high accuracy requirements.
Features
1. Adopt a blue backlit large liquid crystal display (120 x 55mm), with complete display functions.
2, the use of German STL Institute Sensor software technology, so that the instrument performance is more stable.
3, 4-sided anti-static coating Glass Draft Shield, can effectively Shielding external static interference, clear vision.
4. Built-in RS232 standard interface, optional connection to printers, computers and other equipment.
5. Unit conversion: conversion of carats, ounces, and grams to three different weighing units.
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrate. When the sample is placed on the pan, gravity deforms the Sensor, and the internal circuit detects this change and converts it into an electrical signal, which is processed by the Sensor software technology of the German STL Institute. Finally, the mass of the sample is accurately displayed in digital form on the LCD screen.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, universities, pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, precious metal testing, jewelry industry
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Connect the 220V/50Hz power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. According to the weighing requirements, unit conversion (grams, carats, ounces) is performed through the panel buttons.
4. After the display is stable to zero, place the sample to be weighed lightly in the center of the pan for weighing.
5. Read and record stable readings on the LCD screen.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the pan and Draft Shield.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Balance is placed on a stable, horizontal and vibration-free countertop.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, strong airflow or severe temperature fluctuations.
• Pre-heat well before weighing and calibrate regularly with external weight to ensure accuracy.
• Weighed items should be handled with care and should not exceed the Capacity range (20g/200g).
• Keep the inside of the pan and Draft Shield clean to prevent sample residues from affecting weighing results.
• Please use a soft dry cloth when cleaning, avoid using chemical solvents or rinse directly with water.
• If you need to connect external devices (e.g. printers, computers), make sure to connect correctly through the standard RS232 interface.
