Overview
QIWEI plastic shell with temperature compensation 5 meters line pH meter Electrode is specially designed for industrial online pH meters. The line length is 5 meters, and it is divided into two types: manual temperature compensation and automatic temperature compensation. There are 4 Probes in the automatic temperature compensation type, and 2 Probes in the ordinary Electrode. It is suitable for 0~ 60 degrees Celsius Temperature range, Measurement range 0~ 14pH, accuracy is 0.01pH.

Principle
Molded shell Electrode works through the combination of measurement Electrode and reference Electrode, the white transparent line is measurement Electrode (Electrode positive), the black line is reference Electrode (Electrode negative), forming a potential difference in the solution to measure ph value.
Applications
Industrial in-line pH measurement
Steps
1. Use the Electrode mounting bracket or circulation cup to install the Electrode, do not put it directly in water
2. Use a raw material tape at the 3/4 thread to make a waterproof seal before installation
3. After connecting the online pH meter, connect the power supply to preheat for 30 minutes before calibrating
4. Electrode should be placed vertically when calibrating, not flat
5. Wash Electrode after use, insert protective bottle and tighten cap
6. calibrate using two-point method: first use PH6.86 buffer to calibrate the positioning, and then use PH4.01 or PH9.18 buffer to determine the slope
Notice
• Electrode Glass bulbs should be placed down to prevent Electrode MV data deviation
• Temperature range is limited to 0~ 60 degrees Celsius, more than 60 degrees Celsius is not applicable
• Waterproof sealing must be done during installation to prevent water from entering and causing short circuit of internal cables
• Wash and store properly after use to prevent solution exudation
