It adopts halogen heating system and thermal insulation weighing Sensor technology to achieve fast heating, accurate temperature control and weighing, and the test readability reaches 0.01%/1mg. Principle
The instrument uses the halogen heating system to heat up quickly, and combines the thermal insulation weighing Sensor technology to measure the weight change of the sample in real time and accurately during the heating process, and calculate the Moisture content.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Adjust the level of the instrument.
3. Select the drying mode (standard or fast).
4. Set the heating temperature and the measurement end mode (automatic or timed).
5. Place the sample and start the one-click test.
6. Observe the test progress through real-time Linear dispersion to obtain the final moisture result.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10-30 ℃.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be ≤ 75%.
• It needs to be preheated for 30 minutes after booting.
• The recommended sample size is 3~ 10g, and the minimum sample size is not less than 0.5g.
• Instruments need to be calibrated by external weight.
• Heating Temperature range is room temperature + 50 ℃ to 160 ℃.
