TSF-50A-1 Touchscreen halogen Moisture Analyzer is a precision instrument under the YOKE brand. The instrument adopts halogen heating system and thermal insulation weighing Sensor technology, which can achieve fast heating, accurate temperature control and weighing. The test readability reaches 0.01%/1mg, and has the characteristics of fast Test speed and accurate results.

Principle
The instrument uses the halogen heating system to heat up quickly, and combines the thermal insulation weighing Sensor technology to measure the weight change of the sample in real time and accurately during the heating process, and to determine the Moisture content of the sample by calculating the weight loss.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up for 30 minutes.
2. Adjust the level of the instrument.
3. Select the drying mode (standard or fast) and the measurement end mode (automatic or timed) according to the requirements.
4. Place the sample (3-10g recommended) and start the one-click test.
5. Monitor test progress with Touchscreen and real-time Linear dispersion.
6. After the test is completed, the printer or computer can be connected to output data through the USB interface.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10-30 ℃.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be ≤ 75%.
• The minimum sample size is 0.5g, and the recommended sample size is 3 to 10g.
• Heating Temperature range is RT + 50~ 160 ℃.
• Instruments need to be calibrated by external weight.
• Temperature has been factory calibrated by special equipment.
• Timer Range can be set from 1 to 99 minutes.
