Principle
The instrument uses a halogen heating system to heat the sample quickly, and uses an insulated weighing Sensor technology to measure the weight change of the sample in real time and accurately during the heating process, and calculates the Moisture content.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up for 30 minutes.
2. Adjust the level of the instrument.
3. Select the drying mode (standard or fast) according to the sample.
4. Set the heating temperature (RT + 50~ 160 ° C) and the measurement end mode (automatic or timed).
5. Place the sample (3 to 10 grams is recommended).
6. Start the test with one click.
7. Observe the test progress through real-time Linear dispersion on the screen.
8. Read the results after the test is completed.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10-30 ℃.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be ≤ 75%.
• The minimum sample size is 0.5g, and the recommended sample size is 3 to 10g.
• The instrument needs to be adjusted horizontally through the front and rear four corner adjustment columns.
• Weighing and calibrating requires external weight and the temperature has been factory calibrated.
• Timer Range can be set from 1 to 99 minutes.
• Heating Temperature range is room temperature + 50 ℃ to 160 ℃.
• A printer or computer can be connected via the USB port.
