Overview
YOKE GL1004C Full Auto Internal Cal Electronic Analytical Balance is a High Accuracy weighing instrument with a weighing range of 0-100g and readability of 0.1mg. It uses 4-sided anti-static Glass Draft Shield and advanced Sensor technology to ensure stable weighing. The product has Internal Auto Cal function and supports a variety of unit conversions and Interface extensions.
Features
1. Adopt a blue backlit large liquid crystal display (120 x 55mm), with complete display functions.
2, the use of German STL Institute Sensor software technology, so that the instrument performance is more stable.
3, 4-sided anti-static coating Glass Draft Shield, can effectively Shielding external static interference, clear vision.
4. Built-in RS232 standard interface, optional connection to printers, computers and other equipment.
5. Unit conversion: conversion of carats, ounces, and grams to three different weighing units.
Principle
The Analytical Balance works on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an item is placed on the pan, the Sensor converts the weight signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the processor to display an accurate mass reading from the display. Its built-in Automatic calibration system calibrates the Balance by internal weight on a regular basis or on command to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Laboratory weighing, sample prepative, quality control, teaching and research, jewelry weighing, pharmaceutical ingredients
Standards
Compliance with relevant Electronic Balance metrology standards
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V/50Hz) and turn it on to warm up.
3. After the display is stable, perform Auto Internal Cal (or follow the prompts).
4. After the calibrating is completed, place the item to be weighed lightly in the center of the pan.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Stabilization time ≤ 4S) and read the mass value on the display screen.
6. Grams, carats, ounces and other units can be converted through the function keys.
7. If data output is required, external devices can be connected through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Environment is stable without strong airflow, vibration and electromagnetic interference.
• Measurement accuracy must be preheated and calibrated before weighing.
• Avoid weighing items that exceed the maximum range (100g).
• Keep the inside of the pan and Draft Shield clean with a soft brush or balloon blow.
• Handle the weighed object with care to avoid Impact pan.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
When connecting external devices, ensure that the interfaces match and the communication parameters are set correctly.
