Overview
The YOKE PHS-3E is a digital acidity meter from the Benchtop Instrument. It can simultaneously measure and display ph value, mV value and temperature with High Accuracy and Stability for a variety of laboratory environments.
Features
1. Adopt large screen, blue backlight, double-row digital, LCD display.
2. With manual and automatic temperature compensation function.
3. Simultaneous measurement or display of pH, temperature or mV.
4. Two points calibrated.
5. Electrical connectors are lower than flat, which helps prevent corrosion and safety.
6. Equipped with the original E-201-9 PH Composite Electrode and T-10-Q temperature sensor.
Principle
The instrument senses the activity of hydrogen ions in the solution through the configured pH Composite Electrode to generate the corresponding potential difference (mV signal). After the signal is amplified by the circuit of high input Impedance and converted to analog and digital, the accurate ph value is calculated and displayed by the microprocessor according to the built-in algorithm and temperature compensation data.
Applications
Laboratory, industry, environmental protection, education, scientific research
Standards
Instrument level: 0.01 level
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Use a standard buffer solution for two-point calibrating.
3. According to the measurement requirements, select manual or automatic temperature compensation mode.
4. Electrode and temperature sensor immersed in the solution to be tested.
5. Read and record stable pH, mV, or temperature values.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use.
• Electrode should be properly cleaned and stored after use.
• Periodically calibrate the instrument with a standard buffer solution to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid contact with corrosion gases or long-term exposure to humid environment.
• Do not disassemble the instrument yourself.
• Pay attention to the design of the electrical connector lower than the panel, and avoid direct splashing of liquid during operation.
