Overview
The YOKE DDS-307A Benchtop Conductivity Meter is a 1.0 accuracy measuring instrument with a large screen blue backlit LCD display. It has a wide conductivity Measurement range from 0 to 199.9 mS and supports temperature measurement from -5 to 105 ° C. The instrument is designed with manual and automatic temperature compensation functions and is equipped with DJS-1C Conductivity detector Electrode and T-818-B-6 temperature sensor for water conductivity analysis in laboratory environments.
Features
1. Adopt large screen, blue backlight, and dual-row digital LCD display.
2, with manual and automatic temperature compensation function.
3. Provide 0~ 10mV DC Output signal.
4. Supporting DJS-1C Conductivity detector Electrode (platinum black) and T-818-B-6 temperature sensor.
5. Stability of electronic unit is +/- 0.5F.S.
Principle
The Conductivity Meter converts the Conductivity detector signal into an electrical signal for measurement through the matching Conductivity detector Electrode sensing ionic conductive ability in the solution. The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the solution, and corrects the measurement results according to the set temperature compensation coefficient to eliminate the influence of temperature on the conductivity value, so as to obtain accurate conductivity data at standard temperature.
Applications
Water quality analysis, laboratory testing, industrial process control
Standards
Instrument level: 1.0 level
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz) and turn it on.
2. Connect the matching DJS-1C Conductivity detector Electrode and T-818-B-6 temperature sensor to the instrument and immerse them in the solution to be tested.
3. Select the appropriate range according to the Measurement range.
4. Select manual or automatic temperature compensation mode as needed, and set the temperature compensation coefficient (e.g. 2.0%).
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize and read the conductivity and temperature values from the LCD screen.
6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power, clean and properly store the Electrode.
Notice
• Please use the specified AC (220 +/- 22) V; (50 +/- 1) Hz power supply.
