Overview
YOKE JPSJ-605F Benchtop dissolved Oxygen meter is a measuring instrument using a new polarographic dissolved Oxygen electrode. Measuring temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen synchronously. Equipped with a special dissolved Oxygen electrode calibrating sleeve, Electrode polarization only takes 3 to 5 minutes, effectively shortening the waiting time.
Features
1. Measurement mode of dissolved oxygen has automatic temperature compensation, automatic salinity compensation and automatic air pressure compensation functions.
2. Comply with GLP requirements of international standards, support Automatic calibration, data storage and function settings.
Measurement mode: Stable display mode, Timing Measurement mode, Continuous Measurement mode.
4. Optional intelligent Magnetic Stirrer (dissolved oxygen measurement needs to be used with Magnetic Stirrer).
Principle
The instrument uses a polarographic dissolved Oxygen electrode for measurement. After Electrode polarization, the dissolved Oxygen concentration is measured by detecting the current signal generated by the oxygen Molecular diffusion in the water, and the temperature and salinity of the water sample are measured synchronously. Combined with the automatic compensation function, the final result is obtained.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment monitoring, aquaculture, wastewater treatment, laboratory analysis
Standards
GLP specification
Steps
1. Connect and polarize the dissolved Oxygen electrode (about 3-5 minutes).
2. Use a special calibrating sleeve to select water-saturated air or air-saturated water for Automatic calibration.
3. Immerse Electrode in the water sample to be tested, and select stable display, timing measurement or continuous Measurement mode as needed.
4, read and record measurement data, the instrument can automatically store data.
Notice
• It is recommended to use with Magnetic Stirrer for dissolved oxygen measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 10~ 30 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 80%.
• Pay attention to the daily maintenance and calibrating of Electrode to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP54, avoid use in environments beyond the specified range.
