The instrument uses the principle of Polarography (Clark Electrode) to measure dissolved oxygen. Its core component is a polarographic dissolved oxygen Electrode. When the Electrode works, oxygen molecules diffuse through the diaphragm to the cathode to undergo a reduction reaction, generating a current signal proportional to the oxygen concentration. The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor and supports manual input of salinity and air pressure parameters. Measured values are corrected to dissolved oxygen concentration and Saturation under standard conditions through an automatic compensation algorithm.

1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on. 2. Connect the Dissolved Oxygen Electrode to the instrument host. Electrode into a special calibrating sleeve for polarization (about 3-5 minutes) and calibrating. 4. After calibrating, immerse the Electrode in the sample to be tested. 5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time ≤ 30 seconds), and the instrument will display and automatically compensate for the DO, DO%, and temperature values. 6. Press the storage key to save the data, or export the data through the USB interface. Optional Bluetooth module for wireless printing.
