YOKE P905 Keypad Operation Benchtop 2-in-1 is an instrument for High Accuracy pH measurement and dissolved oxygen in the laboratory. It is suitable for industries such as biotechnology, aquaculture, power plants and environmental protection, and has wider applications in education and research.

Principle
The instrument is measured by a connected pH Electrode and a polarographic dissolved Oxygen electrode. The pH measurement is based on the relationship between the Electrode potential and the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution, and has an automatic temperature compensation function. Measuring temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen at the same time using Polarography, Electrode can automatically compensate for temperature, salinity and pressure through the instrument to obtain accurate dissolved oxygen concentration.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the status of the instrument.
2. According to the measurement requirements, connect the corresponding pH Electrode or dissolved Oxygen electrode.
3. For pH measurement, choose the appropriate standard buffer solution series to calibrate.
4. For dissolved oxygen measurement, use a special calibrated sleeve for Electrode polarization (about 3 to 5 minutes), and set the salinity and pressure compensation values as needed.
5. Electrode immersion in the sample to be measured.
6. The instrument automatically displays and stores measurement data (pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, etc.).
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be exported through the U disk or wirelessly printed through the optional Bluetooth module.
Notice
* Please ensure that the instrument is used under the specified Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 85%).
* Please read the Electrode instructions carefully before use, and operate and maintain the Electrode correctly, such as regularly changing the diaphragm cap that dissolves Oxygen electrodes.
* When pH calibrating, make sure that the buffer solution used is within the valid period and is not contaminated.
* When dissolving oxygen measurement, if the sample salinity or local atmospheric pressure is different from the default value, the compensation value needs to be manually entered to ensure the measurement accuracy.
The instrument has an IP54 Protection Rating, which is dust- and splash-proof, but not completely waterproof. Do not immerse it in liquids.
* Data storage is full (2000 groups), it is recommended to export backups in time to avoid new data overwriting old data.
When using the optional Bluetooth printing function, ensure that the printer and instrument are within a valid connection range.
