The fluorescent substances on the surface of the Sensor emit fluorescence after being irradiated with excitation light. Its lifetime is related to the concentration of dissolved oxygen, and the oxygen content is calculated by detecting the fluorescence lifetime. The built-in microprocessor of the instrument digitally filters and processes the signal, and automatically compensates for temperature, salinity and air pressure to improve the Measurement accuracy.

1. Turn it on and check the power of the instrument. 2. Install or confirm that the corresponding Electrode is correctly connected according to the measurement items (such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen). 3. Select the parameter item to be measured on the main interface. 4. If you need to calibrate, click the corresponding parameter module to enter the calibrate interface, and follow the prompts to use the corresponding standard solution for calibrating. 5. Immerse the Electrode in the sample to be tested to ensure that the sensitive part of the Electrode is completely submerged. 6. After the reading stabilizes, record or save the measurement data. 7. After the measurement is completed, clean the Electrode and store it properly. 8. Data can be exported via USB interface or wirelessly printed using the optional Bluetooth function.
