YOKE YG-01 Keypad Operation Benchtop dissolved oxygen meter (fluorescence method) is a Benchtop instrument that uses fluorescence method to measure dissolved oxygen concentration. It is equipped with a 6.5-inch LED display, which is intuitive to operate, and has automatic temperature, salinity, and air pressure compensation functions. Data storage is large. It supports USB output and wireless Bluetooth printing (optional). It meets IP54 dust and splash protection rating.

Principle
The instrument uses a fluorescence method for the measurement of dissolved oxygen. Its Sensor (Electrode) does not contain a membrane, and no electrolysis solution or polarization process is required. Sensor Probe's fluorescent substances fluoresce under specific wavelength light excitation, and the fluorescence lifetime is inversely proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water. The instrument calculates the concentration of dissolved oxygen by measuring the fluorescence lifetime, and automatically compensates for temperature, salinity, and air pressure to obtain accurate results.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on.
2. Connect a fluorescence dissolved Oxygen electrode with a temperature sensor to the instrument.
3. Calibrate as needed (the instrument supports Automatic calibration).
4. Electrode immersed in the water sample to be tested.
5. The instrument automatically compensates for temperature, salinity and air pressure and stabilizes the reading.
6. Read and record dissolved oxygen concentration, Saturation and temperature data by pressing the button.
7. The measurement data can be automatically stored or exported through the USB interface, or wirelessly printed through the optional Bluetooth module.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is used at an Ambient Temperature of 5~ 40 ° C.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be kept within the range of 5 to 85%.
• Use the specified 12V1A Power Adapter (110-220V, 50Hz-60Hz).
• Although the fluorescent method Sensor is maintenance-free, it is necessary to pay attention to the cleaning and regular replacement of the fluorescent cap.
• When performing salinity compensation, it needs to be manually set according to the actual water sample salinity.
• The instrument meets IP54 Protection Rating and is dust- and splash-proof, but not completely waterproof. Do not immerse in water.
• Data storage after 2000 groups, it is recommended to transfer data through the U disk in time.
• The optional Bluetooth printing function requires an additional Bluetooth module.
