Principle
The instrument uses a fluorescence method for the measurement of dissolved oxygen. Its Sensor (Electrode) does not require traditional membranes and electrolysis solutions. The interaction of fluorescent substances with oxygen molecules causes changes in fluorescence characteristics (such as intensity or lifetime) to determine the concentration of dissolved oxygen. The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor, which can perform automatic temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the status of the instrument.
2. Automatic calibration or function settings as required.
3. Immerse the dissolved Oxygen electrode with temperature sensor into the sample to be tested.
4. The instrument automatically compensates for temperature, salinity and air pressure (some are manually set).
5. Read and confirm the measurement data of dissolved oxygen concentration, Saturation and temperature on the Touchscreen.
6. The measurement data can be automatically stored or exported through the U disk, or can be wirelessly printed or viewed in real time by the optional Bluetooth module.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is used at an Ambient Temperature of 5~ 40 ° C and a relative humidity of 5~ 85%.
• Use the specified 12V1A Power Adapter (110-220V, 50Hz-60Hz).
• Although the Fluorescence Sensor is maintenance-free, it is necessary to pay attention to the regular inspection and replacement of the fluorescent cap.
• When performing salinity and air pressure compensation, if you need to set it manually, please ensure that the input value is accurate.
• Data storage is full (2000 groups), please export data in time.
• The instrument shell is made of PEEK material, which is resistant to corrosion, but should still avoid contact with strong corrosion chemicals.
• The optional Bluetooth printing function requires additional configuration of the corresponding module.
