Overview
ZD-3A Potentiometric titrator is a precision analytical instrument suitable for a variety of Potentiometric titration, poten-tiometry. It adopts the integrated design of the host and Magnetic Stirrer, is equipped with a high-Sensitivity capacitive Touchscreen, and is easy to operate. It is widely used in teaching, scientific research, environmental protection testing and Petrochemicals and other fields.

1. Adopt 7-inch color high-resolution (1024 * 600) capacitive Touchscreen, Sensitivity high, parameter display complete, host and Magnetic Stirrer integrated design, intuitive and convenient operation, adjustable screen luminance.
2. With automatic calibration, automatic temperature compensation, data storage, USB output, clock display, wireless printing, cloud interconnection and self-diagnosis and other intelligent functions, optional Bluetooth module to support wireless printing.
3. Built-in large-capacity storage, can store 2000 sets of measurement data, data can be transferred through U disk, and can be opened and edited by general office software EXCEL.

Principle
The instrument controls the drop through the solenoid valve to measure the pH value or potential value (mV) of the solution in real time during the titration process. According to the set end point potential (pH) value, the instrument automatically or manually controls the titration process, and stops the titration when the measured value reaches the preset end point, thus completing the capacity analysis.

Steps
1. Instrument preparation and startup.
2. According to the analysis requirements, choose manual, automatic or controlled (constant pH/potential) titration mode.
3. Set titration parameters, such as end point potential (pH) value, pre-control potential (pH), titration delay, etc.
4. Install Electrode with Burette and place the sample on Stirrer.
5. Start the titration program, and the instrument automatically controls the titration agent and monitors potential or pH changes in real time.
6. The titration stops automatically after reaching the end point, and the analysis data is recorded and stored.
7. Data can be exported through the USB interface or output results using the wireless printing function.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the power supply is AC voltage (220 +/- 22) V, Frequency (50 +/- 0.5) Hz.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 85%.
• Please pay attention to the maintenance and calibrating of Electrode during operation to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Data storage and transfer, please operate the U disk according to the specifications to avoid data loss.
• Before titration, set the titration parameters and end conditions correctly according to the nature of the sample.
