TBJ-B4-DJ1 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental small Lab Film Applicator, all imported accessories, low price, favored by many multinational R & D institutions, domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutions. The uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's glue application are guaranteed by controlling the speed and stable pressure. Standard 1 China bar and 1 imported bar with an accuracy of up to 1μm.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. Two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, are used. Bar determines the thickness of the Spreader according to the model, and the drawdown blade is adjusted to achieve accurate Spreader. The heating system provides uniform temperature through Platen Heating, the mechanical fixture ensures the stability of the substrate, and Touchscreen control enables accurate operation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it with mechanical fixtures
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and install the corresponding tool
3. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, including coating speed, Spreader thickness and Spreader Travel
4. If heating is required, set the heating temperature
5. Start the Spreader process, and the machine will automatically complete the Spreader.
6. After the Spreader, remove the substrate and perform subsequent processing

• Spreader thickness range should be determined according to the selected tool (bar or drawdown blade)
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s
• The effective coating area can be customized, the standard is 400 * 300mm
• Temperature Uniformity when heating to avoid local overheating
• Make sure the substrate is firmly fixed before use to prevent movement
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks, fixtures, etc. to enhance functionality
• Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance
