Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, the Platen Heating system provides temperature control, and the automatic feeding system realizes reciprocating linear motion through the air source pressure. Adjust the air pressure and the discharge port speed to control the discharge volume, thereby improving the reproducibility and conformity of the film.
