TBJ-X3-DJ4 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized laboratory Spreader device with a large Spreader size of 400 * 400mm. The equipment adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, and bar or drawdown blade is used for Spreader to ensure uniform coating, reduce human-caused differences, and improve film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area; 2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and set the parameters; 3. Set the coating speed and Travel through Touchscreen control; 4. Start the device for automatic Spreader; 5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader.
Notice
- Make sure the power supply of the equipment is 220V 50HZ before use; - Spreader thickness needs to be adjusted according to the bar type or drawdown blade settings; - Vacuum chuck area needs to be kept clean to avoid blockage; - Optional accessories need to be configured according to actual application requirements; - Customized functions need to be communicated with suppliers in advance; - Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns on high temperature parts.
