Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ6 is a custom-made Automatic Film Applicator in China, which integrates the function of drawdown Bar & Blade heating Vacuum chuck. It is equipped with an automatic feeding system, air knife and waste chute. The equipment adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. It is widely used in R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions of multinational enterprises. It ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader glue coating by controlling speed and stable pressure, and improves film reproducibility.

Principle
The equipment is fixed to the substrate by Vacuum chuck, and the bar or drawdown blade is used for Spreader. The speed and pressure of the Spreader are precisely adjusted by the Control system. The automatic feeding system is driven by the air source pressure to achieve reciprocating linear motion, and the amount of material is adjusted by the air pressure and the discharge port speed. The heating system uses Platen Heating to ensure uniform temperature, thereby improving the conformity and reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, including speed, thickness, and travel
3. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge speed
4. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and start the Spreader process
5. Enable heating function as needed, monitor temperature
6. After Spreader is completed, clean the equipment and use Optional accessories such as waste chute
Notice
• Make sure that the power supply and gas source are connected correctly before use, and the gas source pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure operation
• Spreader process pay attention to the substrate is fixed, to prevent displacement affect uniformity
• Monitor temperature during heating to prevent overheating from damaging equipment or substrates
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure long-term stable operation
• Customized functions need to be operated according to the instructions to avoid misuse
