The PUSHEN 4-sided Applicator ZBQ 100/150/250/300 is made of hard stainless steel and is suitable for scraping film layers of specified thickness and width on flat and solid substrates. Each Film Applicator comes with 4 High Accuracy fixed film thicknesses to ensure Accuracy, and a variety of film widths are available for customization.
Features
1. The material is stainless steel to ensure that the coating applicator is not eroded by acidic or alkaline substances in the Coating or cleaning agent.

Principle
By scraping on a flat and solid substrate, 4-sided Applicator can use its four different thickness surfaces to scrape and paint wet-film of specified thickness. Different film thicknesses can be selected by switching angles, which is easy to operate.

1. Choose a flat and solid substrate.
