Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW401AF air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 120L/min at 0MPa and 45L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 9L air tank, the noise value is as low as 54dB (A), Dimension is 400 * 230 * 480mm, weight 18Kg, Power 1.5KW, suitable for a variety of pneumatic equipment drives.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements.
2. Piston compression mode provides stable exhaust pressure.
3. Low noise operation, only 54dB (A).
4. Equipped with a pressure switch to automatically control start and stop.
5. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After compression, it enters the air storage tank through the airflow pipe and check valve. The pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically shuts off the motor, while the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor restarts.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, medical equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Standards
Power standard: 220-230V/50/60Hz
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220-230V.
2. Open the pneumatic valve and start the equipment.
3. The pressure switch automatically controls the start and stop of the Compressor without manual intervention.
4. Turn off the power after use.
Notice
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months.
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• The safety valve automatically vents when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and requires regular inspection.
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments.
• Options such as oil-water separators and automatic drains enhance performance.
