Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW701/9 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 175L/min at 0MPa and 55L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 9L gas tank, the noise value is as low as 55dB (A), and the Power is 0.78KW. It is suitable for scenarios where a stable compressed air supply is required.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution.
2. Piston compression mode, efficient and stable;
3. Exhaust pressure 8 Bar, displacement up to 175L/min @0MPa;
4. Storage tank volume 9L, to ensure continuous pressure and Flow rate;
5. The noise value is only 55dB (A), and the operation is quiet.
6. Light weight, only 19Kg, easy to move;
7. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and internal anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank;
8. The power supply is compatible with 220-230V/50/60Hz, and the adaptability is strong.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor reruns, and the Compressor works again.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, laboratory equipment, medical equipment, automation control, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz);
2. Turn on the device switch and the motor starts running.
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the intake port;
4. The Compressor compresses the air and sends it to the air storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8 Bar;
5. The pressure switch automatically shuts down the motor when it reaches 8 Bar.
6. Use compressed air to drive the connected device.
7. When the pressure drops to 5 bar (or 6 bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor.
8. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure).
Notice
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, it is recommended once every six months to prevent dust damage to the Compressor piston ring;
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas storage tank when draining to avoid danger;
The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and its function needs to be checked regularly.
• The pressure switch can set the start/stop pressure according to customer requirements to ensure correct configuration;
• The noise of the equipment is low when it is running, but it still needs to be well ventilated;
• Optional accessories such as oil-water separator and automatic drain can enhance performance, it is recommended to install as needed;
• Optional anti-rust treatment inside the gas storage tank to prolong the service life;
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments to prevent affecting Filter efficiency.
