Overview
COMBESTAIR BW1101/40 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 250L/min at 0MPa and 110L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 40L gas tank, the noise value is 62dB (A), Dimension 560 * 350 * 580mm, weight 35Kg, Power 1.2KW, power supply is 220-230V/50/60Hz.
Features
1. Oil-free design, no lubricating oil maintenance required
2. Piston compression method, efficient and stable
3. Exhaust pressure 8 Bar, displacement up to 250L/min (at 0 MPa)
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 40L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. Noise as low as 62dB (A), quiet operation
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and internal anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank
Principle
The motor runs to drive the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. The Compressor compresses the air and opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank. The pointer of the pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank remains 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the connecting device. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor runs again, and the Compressor resumes work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Standards
No specific criteria are mentioned
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the device switch and the motor starts running
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet
4. The compressed gas enters the gas storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8Bar to automatically stop
5. Use pneumatic equipment, automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar)
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
7. Replace the Air Intake Filter every six months
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and the function of regular inspection is required
• Check the pressure switch settings before use (default 8Bar stop, 5Bar start, optional 6Bar)
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments to prevent damage to the Compressor
• Pay attention to the noise level during operation to ensure that it is within a safe range
