Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1501/40 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 300L/min at 0 MPa and 145L/min at 0.7 MPa. Equipped with a 40L gas tank with a noise value of 62dB (A) and a Power of 1.5KW, it is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
Features
1. Adopt oil-free design to ensure pure compressed air.
2. Piston compression mode provides stable exhaust pressure.
3. Equipped with 40L gas storage tank to ensure continuous pressure and Flow rate.
4. Low-noise operation, with a noise value of only 62dB (A).
5. The pressure switch automatically controls the start and stop, setting it to 8Bar stop and 5Bar (6Bar optional) start.
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and internal anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
Principle
The motor runs to drive the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the check valve, and the pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically closes the motor, while the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device to work through the pneumatic valve. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (6Bar optional), the pressure switch automatically turns on the motor and the Compressor works again.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Steps
Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz).
2. Open the pneumatic valve and start the motor.
3. The Compressor runs automatically and stops when the pressure rises to 8 Bar.
4. Use compressed air to drive the device, and automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5 Bar.
5. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure).
6. Replace the air inlet Filter every six months.
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• Regularly check the safety valve function to prevent the pressure from exceeding 8.8 Bar.
• Replace the air inlet Filter every six months to avoid dust damage to the Compressor.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments.
• Optional anti-rust treatment inside the gas tank to extend the life.
