Overview
YS3010 + Multifunctional Test Component is a China grating Colorimeter independently developed by 3nh Company. It is equipped with a multifunctional test component and is suitable for reflection color measurement of samples such as high-concentration liquid Reagents, sauces, powders, etc. The instrument adopts φ 8mm caliber, with good Test accuracy and large storage space. It is equipped with high-end Color management software. It can be connected to a computer to achieve more function expansion and is widely used in color difference quality control of various products.

Principle
The YS3010 grating Colorimeter adopts D/8 geometrical optics structure. By combining LED Illuminant illumination samples, concave grating spectroscopy and 256-pixel dual-array CMOS detectors are used to receive reflected light, and Light spectrum data is analyzed to calculate Color parameters. Multifunctional test components cooperate with instruments, and Cuvette loading is used to perform reflection color measurement in an all-black environment to ensure data accuracy.

Steps
1. Black and white board correction for Colorimeter before use
2. Place the colorimeter on the bracket, the measurement port is docked with the measurement port of the bracket, the base baffle pin is aligned with the baseplate reference hole, the push plate is against the colorimeter and tighten the screws to check whether it is loose
3. Put the Cuvette loaded with the sample to be tested into the bracket, push away the swirl/spin platen, and put the Cuvette into the Cuvette so that one side is close to the measurement port and the other side is pressed by the platen to ensure that the liquid height is greater than the test caliber fit height
4. Cover the cover plate to ensure that the inside of the Cuvette is an all-black environment, and then perform reflection color measurement
Notice
• Be sure to perform black and white board correction before use
• When installing the colorimeter, make sure that the measurement port is well connected with the measurement port of the bracket
• The base baffle pin should be aligned with the baseplate reference hole
• Check whether the colorimeter is loose after tightening the screws. If it is loose, please tighten it again.
• The height of the liquid in the Cuvette should be greater than the matching height of the test caliber (more than half a cup)
• Make sure the inside of the Cuvette is an all-black environment before measurement
