Overview
The IWAVE WF32-16mm color difference tester adopts imported high-quality components, with high measurement Stability and accuracy, and is easy to operate. This series has designed eight kinds of Illuminants, far exceeding the common 1-2 Illuminants in China, expanding the measurement application range. The measurement diameter is 16mm, and three new display modes of CIELUV, HunterLAB, and sRGB and a variety of Color difference formulas are added. The measurement is accurate and stable, and the operation is convenient. It is a general-purpose color difference tester, suitable for a variety of material measurements. It has a minimum Inter-instrument Agreement and measurement Stability, providing convenience and Reliability for cross-industry Color communication.

Principle
The IWAVE WF32-16mm color difference tester uses 8 °/d illumination and a photodiode array Sensor. Illuminant is excited by LED blue light. Measurement range L: 0~ 100. It uses a variety of Color difference formulas and Illuminants, combined with SCI and SCE light-containing methods, to achieve High Accuracy Color measurement. The instrument has an automatic correction function and a built-in whiteboard to ensure measurement accuracy, suitable for a variety of materials and surface conditions.

Steps
1. Pour the liquid into a quartz cup.
2. Fix the integrating cavity on the color difference meter.
3. Put the quartz cup into the integrating chamber.
4. Cover the lid of the integrating cavity.
Notice
• For objects with wet surfaces, a Glass protective plate is required when using a 16mm caliber to prevent internal contamination.
• Ambient Temperature 0 ℃ -40 ℃, relative humidity below 85%, no condensation.
• Storage Ambient Temperature -20 ℃ -50 ℃, relative humidity below 85%, no condensation.
• Ensure accurate positioning of the measurement port to avoid excessive exposure or inaccurate focal length affecting the measurement.
• Regularly check the whiteboard for contamination to maintain the accuracy of the correction.
