Overview
The PUSHEN ZBQ 160/5-20 um Extended Film Applicator is a 4-sided manual coating applicator made of hard stainless steel for scraping films of specified thickness and width on flat and solid substrates. Each Film Applicator comes with 4 High Accuracy fixed film thicknesses (5, 10, 15, 20 μm) to ensure Accuracy, and a variety of film widths are available for customization.
Features
1. The material is stainless steel to ensure that the coating applicator is not eroded by acidic or alkaline substances in the Coating or cleaning agent.
2. Mainly used for Spreader wet-film of a certain thickness to determine the color, hiding power or preparatory sample of the sample.

Principle
The coating applicator is manually operated on a flat and solid substrate by scraping, using a 4-sided design to provide different fixed film thicknesses, the user only needs to convert the angle to obtain a specified thickness of wet-film layer for subsequent determination or preparatory.

Steps
1. Choose a flat and solid substrate.
2. According to the film thickness of the required Spreader, change the coating applicator angle to select the corresponding thickness (5, 10, 15 or 20 μm).
3. Manually scratch the substrate to form a wet-film layer of the specified thickness and width.
4. Used to determine the color of the sample, hiding power or preparatory sample.
