Features
1. It has the function of preventing dry burning, which can prevent the heating pipe from being damaged due to the evaporation of the water level.
2. The instrument shell is sprayed with cold-rolled plate surface, and the four corners are designed with outer arcs, which are beautiful and elegant, resistant to falling and compression.
3. Water bath liner is made of 304 good stainless steel, no weld, long-term use without water leakage, good corrosion resistance performance.
4. Adopt stainless steel cover plate and silicone ring cover (high temperature is not hot), hidden outlet pipe.

6. The temperature control part adopts high-performance PID temperature controller, high Accuracy Sensor and integrated components, accurate temperature control, digital display, automatic temperature control.
Principle
The device uses a high-performance PID temperature controller combined with a High Accuracy Sensor to monitor the water temperature in the Tank in real time. The controller automatically adjusts the Power of the heating tube according to the deviation of the set temperature and the actual temperature to achieve accurate thermostatic control. Its unique anti-dry burning function monitors the water level and prevents the heating tube from working in a water shortage state.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to an AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the Tank to ensure that the water level covers the heating tube.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (RT +~ 99.9 ° C) through the thermostat.
4. When the device starts to heat up, the PID controller will automatically adjust the Power to make the water temperature reach and stabilize at the set value.
5. After use, turn off the power supply, and when the water temperature decreases, it can be drained through the hidden outlet pipe.

• Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning.
• Do not power on heating without water or insufficient water.
Equipment should be placed in a ventilated, stable, drying environment.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to avoid liquid entering the controller.

• When not in use for a long time, drain the water and keep it drying.
