A.shine Dyne pen Model 32 is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, and help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminizing processes. Effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen uses the nib to scribe the test liquid on the surface of the material and observe whether the liquid cissing within 3 seconds to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level. If the liquid has no cissing, it meets the standard, otherwise it does not meet the standard.

Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it tiled on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. Observe whether the liquid is cissing within three seconds, and if there is no cissing, it reaches the selected Dyne Level
