Principle
Dyne pen determines the surface tension by applying the test liquid to the surface of the material and observing whether the liquid is cissing. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level; otherwise, it is not reached, so as to evaluate the material suitability.

Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached
