A.shine Dyne pen Model 53 is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
By selecting the appropriate Dyne Level corona pen, lightly stroke on the surface of the clean and flat material to see if the liquid cissing within 3 seconds. If the liquid does not cissing, the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level; otherwise, it is not reached.

Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. Observe whether the liquid cissing within three seconds: if there is no cissing, the selected dyne will be reached, otherwise it will not be reached
