Overview
A.shine brand model 54 Dyne pen is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It has a built-in 15ml test solution, which can be used more than 100 times for repeatability and has a shelf life of 6-8 months. It is carefully designed to reduce the contact between dyne liquid and air to ensure test accuracy and is suitable for surface tension detection of various materials.
Features
1. Built-in 15ml test solution, which can be used more than 100 times
2. Shelf life is 6-8 months
3. The pen tip is carefully designed to reduce the chance of contact between dyne liquid and air
4. Each pen has undergone multiple inspections, quality assurance
Principle
Dyne pen makes a stroke on the surface of the material with the tip of the pen, and observes whether the test liquid cissing within 3 seconds to determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the selected Dyne Level. If the liquid has no cissing, the selected Dyne Level is reached; otherwise, it is not reached.
Applications
Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC, conductive materials: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, vapor coating, Miscellaneous materials: Glass, ceramics, plastic sheet, plastic pipe
Standards
ASTM Standard D2578、TAPPI T698
Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached
Notice
Avoid skin/eye contact
Avoid inhaling vapors, mists, or gases
Keep away from heat and ignition sources
