Principle
Dyne pen by applying the test liquid on the surface of the material, observe whether the liquid cissing to determine whether the surface tension reaches the selected Dyne Level. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, it indicates that the surface tension of the material reaches the value of the test pen.

Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached
